Method

  4. Remove dough from food processor and form into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove dough from refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  6. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to desired size and shape.
  7. Transfer dough to pie dish and trim edges as necessary.
