  • 500g of minced beef

  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cook the cannelloni tubes according to the package instructions and set aside.
