Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped onion, green bell pepper, ginger, and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

  3. Form small balls of the cabbage mixture and set them aside.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

  10. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
